The story of the Bel & Ramos team began on the benches of the Collège d'Enseignement en Immobilier. These two completely different personalities agree on one thing: to develop a new approach to real estate brokerage that completely overturns the preconceived ideas of the profession.

Our goal is not to find the maximum number of properties for sale but to focus on those of our sellers! We prefer to do things differently and focus on the business development of our clients. After obtaining his law degree in Paris, Nicolas decided to immigrate to Montreal where he began investing in real estate. In 2013, he chose to combine his two passions and make it his profession to accompany his clients in the purchase and sale of their primary residence as well as their income property.
With a long commercial experience, Nicolas puts at the service of his clients his sense of negotiation and his deep knowledge of Montreal architecture, in order to bring the maximum of competence and efficiency for his clients' projects.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Manuel was immersed in the sales field throughout his childhood. He founded his first company at the age of 14. Afterwards, he multiplied his professional projects by moving from the banking field to the construction field. Finally, in order to perfect his skills, he decided in 2013 to become a residential real estate broker.
Fluent in French, English, Spanish and Italian, Manuel will advise you and answer all your questions to give you a unique experience in real estate.

Passionate about real estate since his youth, it is quite natural that Alexandre chooses to start his professional life in this way as a real estate agent in France for 3 years. Then in 2019, he joins our team as a Leasing Manager to help newcomers acclimate to Montreal. Finally, in 2021, he becomes a Residential Real Estate Broker to accompany his clients in their first real estate purchase.
